Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini (spiralized)
- 250g lean ground turkey
- 200g crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Italian herbs, salt, pepper
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- 2Add ground turkey, cook until browned, breaking it up.
- 3Stir in crushed tomatoes and herbs. Simmer 15 minutes.
- 4Spiralize zucchini into noodles (or use a peeler).
- 5Sauté zucchini noodles in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- 6Serve turkey Bolognese over zucchini noodles.
