Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini (spiralized)
  • 250g lean ground turkey
  • 200g crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Italian herbs, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. 2Add ground turkey, cook until browned, breaking it up.
  3. 3Stir in crushed tomatoes and herbs. Simmer 15 minutes.
  4. 4Spiralize zucchini into noodles (or use a peeler).
  5. 5Sauté zucchini noodles in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  6. 6Serve turkey Bolognese over zucchini noodles.
